Kids (ages 4-10)
Our programs for players aged 10-and-under are designed to be fun and engaging, using foam and low-compression balls (red, orange, green). These slower balls and smaller courts not only make the game more enjoyable but also help young players develop the most efficient techniques. A (ages 3-4)
Foam Ball
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri: 3:30-4:15pm
Sat: 8:00-8:45am
In this stage, children discover tennis through fun games and group activities, playing with oversized foam balls while getting familiar with rackets, court, cones, lines. The primary goals are to develop hand-eye coordination, and to learn different ways to move and meet the ball.

Red Ball

This program introduces the foundational skills of tennis with oversized low-compression red balls on a smaller court.
Players learn basic rally, serve and net play skills along with activities that build tennis specific coordination in a fun environment.

Orange Ball

In this program, tennis is played on a junior court with low-compression orange balls. Players learn how to serve and rally with improved placement, score, approach the net, and place volleys. Physical conditioning and coordination abilities are developed through games, group activities and individual skills.

Green Ball

In this level, children learn to serve, rally, score and play at net in singles and doubles on a regulation sized court with low-compression green balls. Sessions take players through a progression of skill-building activities that foster the development of a solid technical foundation and helps them learn how to place the ball intentionally and to position themselves properly on the court.

Teens (ages 11-18)
These junior programs are designed to be both fun and challenging, offering a welcoming introduction to tennis for recreational players and a pathway to competitive play. Participants will be introduced to basic tennis strokes, rules, and scoring in an engaging and supportive environment. Our goal is to establish a solid technical foundation and to get players rallying and playing points quickly. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the game recreationally or aiming to transition to competitive play, our programs provide the skills and confidence needed to succeed on the court.
C1 (ages 11-14)

For young players with little or no tennis experience. This level is focused on developing the skills necessary to play tennis, through fun activities that promote the use of correct technique, ball tracking and striking, racket control and footwork.
